Vitamin D3 is one of the essential vitamins and is involved in various processes in our body. This vitamin is unique because our bodies can synthesize it even when exposed to sunlight, which is why many call it the "sunshine vitamin."

To ensure our daily intake of D3, we must expose ourselves to sunlight for at least 15 minutes a day- without sunscreen, which is not optimal for our skin, especially in the summer and on warmer days.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose:1 shot directly into the mouth, preferably immediately after a meal. Shake well before use.

This product is for healthy adults only. After several months of consumption, it is recommended to monitor serum 25(OH)D levels and consumption of other vitamin D containing products is not recommended.
