However, we often forget that the sun is always stronger, and that protective gear is not just for sunbathing by the sea - we also need to protect ourselves properly when we are on the hills, in the garden, on a picnic, on a bike... in short, wherever we are exposed to the sun.

Interesting fact: It is not true that sun protection is only important during the summer months, as the sun is just as strong in early April as it is in early September.

Sun Cream SPF30 is designed to protect against UV-A and UV-B rays. In addition to being waterproof, it is sandproof - meaning it is non-greasy and sand does not stick to the skin.

The water-resistant cream is based on thermal water and buriti oil and provides hydration to the skin and protects it from premature aging. In addition, it also contains a vitamin D activator, which provides a balance between the skin's natural activation of vitamin D and a protective agent.

Sun Protection Factor or SPF(Sun Protection Factor) tells us how long we can stay in the sun without burning. So a SPF of 30 tells us that we can stay in the sun up to 30 times longer than if we didn't use sunscreen.

What should we consider before going out in the sun?

• Clothing must be chosen carefully -dark, inflexible and tightly knitted will hold the sun's rays better than light ones.
• Adequate protection is sought according to the type of activity we will be doing in the sun (if we are going swimming, for example, it is wise to choose a water-resistant sunscreen).
• Adequate amount of protectant should be applied to the entire surface of the body at least 20 minutes before being in the sun.
• Think about how long we will be exposed to the sun and choose the appropriate protective factor accordingly.
• After swimming, sweating or toweling off again, apply sunscreen, oil or lotion.
• Between 10am and 4pm the sun is strongest, so staying in the shade is recommended during this time.

Use: Apply the cream evenly on the skin at least 20-30 minutes before exposure to the sun.

To maintain protection when sunbathing or swimming, it is recommended to apply the cream several times.
