Triphala is one of the oldest Ayurvedic recipes. Translated, triphala means "three fruits." It consists of amalaki (Emblica officinalis), bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) and haritaki (Terminalia chebula), fruits typical of India.

Triphala is special because it balances all 3 Ayurvedic doshas** in the body (Vata, Pita, Kapha), which means anyone can consume it.

The product contains polyphenols (bioactive phytochemicals) that form the dosha character of plants in the form of colours, flavours and tannins.

A daily dose contains 1.04 g of herbal powder, of which 250 mg are polyphenols.

According to Ayurvedic tradition, the product regulates the harmonious balance of doshas** by balancing the 6 tastes.

Recommended daily dose: 4 tablets. Consume before bedtime, with warm water.
