St. John's wort - tincture

Rhodiola rosea(Rhodiola rosea) or arctic root is a flowering perennial herb that grows in the cooler mountainous regions of Africa, Asia, the Americas and Europe. In Slovenia, it is also known as rosenburz and has been valued for its properties throughout history.

Extract of St. John's Wort has adaptogenic properties, which act on the nervous system:

helps the body adapt to emotional stress and physical exertion,

beneficial for fatigue caused by stress,

has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system.

Bioherba brand tincture is made from gallwort soaked in glycerin, which gives it a sweet taste. Glycerin is a colourless, odourless liquid, slightly thicker than water.

It also contains vitamin B6, which contributes to the functioning of the nervous system.

In addition to stonecrop, the tincture also contains vitamin B6, which is important for our body as it is involved in various processes in the body. Thus, it contributes/plays a role in:
