How can you avoid chicken pox?

• When you first put on your new shoes, apply a preventative patch to the area where the sole touches the shoe the most.
• Before a long hike or trek up hills, don't forget seamless socks or preventative pads/patches.
• As soon as you notice thickened skin on the soles of your feet, start using eyelet patches.

Use

Use: Wash your feet and apply the patches. Softened skin will appear after 2-3 uses. Remove white skin. Repeat the procedure until the blackheads are completely removed.

Before use, soak your feet in hot water for 10 minutes. It is recommended to change the patch every day and repeat the procedure for up to 2 weeks.
