Zechsal magnesium crystals are an extremely concentrated form of magnesium chloride. It is used to prepare bath. Magnesium baths have a relaxing effect and create a feeling of comfort after tiring days or physical exercise.

Skin is our largest organ and has great absorbency. You can also use magnesium crystals for foot baths. Prepare them by simply dissolving the crystals in lukewarm water.

Use

Instructions for use: Prepare your bath by mixing the magnesium crystals with water. The recommended water temperature is 37 °C.

Relaxation bath: Dissolve 0.5-1 kg of magnesium crystals in a bath of water. Treat yourself to a bath that should last at least 20 minutes, ideally 45 minutes.

Foot bath: Dissolve 125 g of magnesium crystals in about 4 litres of water.

Adjust the frequency of the bath to individual needs.
