Hawthorn - an effective tincture for natural body support.

Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) is a shrub or small tree. It grows up to 4 m tall and blooms in the summer months with large white flowers, which later develop into dark red round fruits.

The first records of the use of hawthorn date back thousands of years, as people were already aware of its many beneficial effects on the functioning of our organisms.

Use

Recommended daily dose: 2.8 ml. Take 1.4 ml (approximately 35 drops or one-third of a teaspoon) twice daily, with plenty of water.
