Gokshura is an herb that grows on the ground and reaches a height of up to 90 cm. It has paired leaves, yellow flowers and round fruits. Gokshura is also known under the name "ground anchor". All parts of the plant are used in the Ayurvedic diet and the fruit or seed contains the most active substances and polyphenols.

The precious weed has been known and appreciated for its extraordinary effects for thousands of years and has a long history of use in Chinese and Indian and Ayurvedic traditions respectively. It has many other names for its power, such as devil's thorn, devil's grass, goat's head, etc.

Cosmoveda capsules contain gokshura fruit powder, which is finely ground below 40°C and sourced from organic areas of India and Sri Lanka.

Use
