BIO Macadamia oil, cold pressed

Macadamia oil has a very similar structure to human sebum.

Human skin uses sebaceous glands to ensure that it is sufficiently lubricated - the sebaceous glands secrete sebum. However, as we age, less and less sebum is formed in the skin and is often removed with aggressive soaps.The best skin care is provided by oils or ointments that have a similar structure to sebum - for example, macadamia oil.

Macadamia oil is relatively quickly absorbed into the skin due to its properties and moisturizes dry skin. It is an exceptional base oil, suitable for daily care of the whole body and all skin types. It is also popular as a massage oil, either alone or in combination with other vegetable oils.

Organic macadamia oil is an extremely popular gourmet oil.

Oil is obtained by cold pressing from macadamia nuts. Because of its specific taste, it is popular among gourmets. In the kitchen it is mainly used for cold dishes (e.g. salads) and meat.

Use

Advice for use in cosmetics:It is suitable for daily care and body massage. Apply the oil to the skin and rub it evenly into the skin in circular motions. Pure or in combination with other oils, it is suitable for massage and care of the whole body. With the addition of essential oils (up to 2%) it can also be used for aromatherapy.

Culinary uses: Mainly for cold cooking (e.g. salads) and meat preparation.
