Bakopa is a vigorous green creeping plant that grows up to 40 cm and thrives mainly in humid and swampy areas. It can be recognised by its small leaves and white flowers. In Ayurvedic nutrition, it is the above-ground parts of the plant that are most commonly used, possibly the sprouts, but it can also be the root, stems and leaves.

In Ayurveda, bakopa is very rare and is also called the "herb of all herbs" because of its exceptional properties. Bakopa also contributes to normal blood circulation, which is related to brain function.

Cosmoveda capsules contain Bakopa powder, which is finely ground below 40°C and sourced organically from the regions of India and Sri Lanka.

Use

Recommended Daily Dose: 2x 4 capsules. Take between meals, with warm water.
